How it works
Follow these 4 steps to access and personalize your new illustration.
How it Works
- First, you’ll provide inspiration and reference images. This includes front and profile face shots of everyone (and pets) you’d like to include, along with reference images for the setting, poses, and outfits. You can choose outfits from your own photos or use a Pinterest board for inspiration. Once I’ve gathered all your details, I’ll start the process by creating an outline sketch, which will be ready within 7-9 business days.
- When you receive the sketch, you’ll have the opportunity to make adjustments. You have 2 rounds of tweaks for the entire process. These can be used flexibly: either both rounds for the outline, both for the final illustration, or one round for each stage—whatever works best for you. Any additional tweaks beyond these two rounds will be available for an extra fee.
- After you approve the outline, I’ll proceed with the final, full-color illustration. Once the final artwork is complete, you’ll receive a beautiful, custom illustration ready for you to share, print, or keep as a special memory.

How many people can be included in the illustration?
If you're looking to illustrate just yourself, the Single Person Illustration is the perfect choice, with the option to add one pet for that extra bit of personality.
However, if you’re hoping to capture more, like a family or group, the Family of 4 Illustration is ideal. This package allows for up to 4 people and can include up to 2 pets—perfect for creating a custom family scene or holiday card.

What details will you customize in my Holiday Illustrated Photoshoot?
I’ll customize every aspect of your illustration to make it uniquely yours! This includes matching your skintone, hairstyles, facial expressions, and even hair, lip, and eye color. I’ll also reflect your preferred clothing style and colors, incorporate your brand colors, and create an illustrated background based on your chosen setting. Fun extras like pets or personal accessories can be added to make the illustration truly special!
Where can I use these illustrations?
These illustrations are versatile and can be used across various platforms. They’re perfect for holiday-themed social media posts, website banners, festive email marketing, digital holiday cards, and even personalized product packaging. Wherever you need engaging, seasonal visual content, your custom illustration will shine!
When will I receive my illustration files?
You’ll receive your initial sketch within 7-9 business days. Ideally, you’ll have 2-3 business days to approve or request tweaks. Once any changes are requested, I’ll make the adjustments within 1-2 days. After approval, the full-color illustration will be completed in an additional 2 days. So, the entire process should take around 10-14 business days, depending on how quickly tweaks are approved.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each illustration is personalized and carefully crafted to meet your specific requests, making it a unique creation just for you.
Can these illustrations be used for commercial purposes?
Absolutely! Our illustrations are designed for entrepreneurs and can be used for both personal and commercial projects. Whether you’re enhancing your personal brand or creating products for sale, these illustrations are a perfect fit.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use these illustrations?
While you have a lot of freedom in using these illustrations, they cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone files. They should be used as part of your branding or product designs. For detailed usage guidelines, please refer to our terms of service.
